Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TrustSentinel. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing or disputing an order — we're always happy to help.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your email address and shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If your confirmation email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us so we can resend your tracking details.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If your country isn't available at checkout, please get in touch and we'll let you know whether we can help.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of purchase.
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, peak periods, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all UK orders. (Edit this line if you charge a flat rate or a threshold, e.g. "Free on orders over £X, otherwise £Y.")
Any applicable costs are always displayed clearly at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number, and you can follow your parcel any time here: Track Your Order
Tracking information can take 1–3 business days to activate after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated within that window, don't worry — it's usually just a scanning delay.
Delayed Orders
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. Most "late" parcels are simply delayed in transit and arrive shortly after.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
We're not able to reship orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbours.
- Allow 1–2 extra days, as carriers sometimes mark parcels "delivered" slightly early.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Because most delivery issues are quickly and easily resolved, we ask that you always reach out to us first — before raising a payment dispute — so we can put things right directly and much faster.
