Returns Window

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us. Proof of postage should be retained by the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in a condition that prevents resale.
Refund Processing

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us by email with photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
